Sony says No.

by

Hey guys, sorry about not many news as I have had a massive load of work that needs to be done, and I have been partly sick (long hours + sickness + allergies call for quite a bad week). Kind of better now, so yeah ;)

Well, it seem that with all the pre-paid card goodness that can be brought to online systems and shops, Sony seems to be wanting none of it!

Sony has announced that they have ‘absolutely zero intenton of releasing any pre-paid cards for the Playstation Network in Europe.’

Well, bummer! All that can be done now to purchase anything off the Playstation Network is via a credit card, so sorry to those under 18s who own a PS3 (quite a large group, I can say!).

Until Sony Entertainment Europe realises that they are losing tons of money and popularity off this, all you can do now is either:

a) Move to Japan and start playing PS3 and buying your pre-paid cards there
b) Use a credit card
c) Write a complaint letter to SCEE (which will be likely to be ‘accidentally misplaced and seen only once’)
d) Get a lot of people and rally across your city
e) Hibernate for an ‘undefined amount of time’ until the cards come out.

Have fun guys. Tons of info coming out tomorrow (hopefully!)

-Your awesome writer, Tommy
